Full Sheets for Custom Fabrication
QUNAS PET acoustic sheets are available as full sheets for architects, designers and fit-out contractors who want to fabricate their own acoustic treatments or specify the raw material directly. Made from post-consumer recycled PET fibre, they offer genuine acoustic absorption, are lightweight, and are free from formaldehyde and other harmful binders.
Applications
PET sheets can be used as wall panels, ceiling baffles, ceiling rafts, desk dividers, or fabricated into custom shapes using CNC routing, digital knife cutting or standard woodworking tools. They are suitable for offices, education, hospitality, healthcare and residential projects.
Each sheet is manufactured from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. The material contains no harmful chemicals and is itself recyclable at end of life.
Acoustic Performance
PET Sheets achieve NRC ratings of 0.50 - 1 depending on the installation method. They are most effective across the mid and high frequency range (250Hz - 4kHz), making them well suited to controlling speech intelligibility and room reverberation in commercial and residential spaces.
Suitable For Open-plan offices, restaurants, canteens, school halls, sports facilities, hotel lobbies and any large space with a hard ceiling and noise problem.
